Who We Are

Comtrack (UK) Ltd is a fully owned subsidiary of Comtrack Ventures Ltd. The company has recently divested its interest in oil and gas licenses and has been providing consultancy, management and IT services to a variety of industries, concentrating initially on the natural resources sectors and property management & development.

The company's present goal, however, is to again secure and invest in projects where resources can be extracted and delivered principally to meet UK’s growing energy demand while supporting the transition to a low carbon future.

Prior UK Oil & Gas Holdings

In the past Comtrack (UK) has held the following licences in the offshore UK sector.

• P2076 and P2255 - East Irish Sea, Castletown gas field.

  • Block 113/27d and 113/28b. Farmed in for 35% stake from Burgate Exploration & Production Ltd, 5th June 2015. Relinquished P2255 24th November 2016. P2076 assigned to Bridge Petroleum 28th March 2018.

• P2254 - UK North Sea

  • Blocks 43/3a and 43/4a. Acquired 10% interest through farm in with Ardent Oil 17th March 2016. Relinquished 24th November 2016.

• P2256 - UK North Sea

  • Blocks 37/28a and 37/29a. Acquired through farm in 10% from Ardent, 17th March 2016 and increased interest to 20% on 24th November 2016. Relinquished 5th December 2017.

• P2263 - UK North Sea

  • Blocks 41/15, 41/20 and 42/16. Acquired through Farm a 25% stake from Margin Oil & Gas, 3rd September 2015. Relinquished 24th November 2016.

• P2300 - UK North Sea

  • Block 37/26, 37/27. Acquired through farm in a 10% from Ardent Oil 17th March 2016. The interest was transferred to Simwell Resources Ltd on 1st May 2019. Licence was relinquished in 2021.
